We conducted a professional training session for the team at NOH Hair focused on integrating personal color analysis into the hair consultation process. The program was designed to help stylists move beyond trend-based decisions and develop a deeper understanding of how color theory can be leveraged for more personalized recommendations.

During the training, we covered undertone identification, seasonal color harmony, color contrast, and the relationship between hair color and overall facial harmony. Stylists learned how to evaluate a client's natural features—including skin tone, eye color, and contrast level—to recommend hair colors that enhance their appearance rather than compete with it. 

By incorporating personal color principles into their consultations, the NOH Hair team gained practical tools to provide more customized recommendations and elevate the client experience.
