• No-Show:
  No refunds will be issued for no-show appointments.
  
  
• Cancellations Within 48 Hours:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund.
  
  
• Cancellations Made Earlier Than 48 Hours:
  Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
